Cincinnati, Dayton & Southern Ohio Sports Training Program

Miles That Matter™ is a family-friendly, group sports training program by marathoner Karen Cosgrove

Ideal for walkers, joggers, runners, bikers, and triathletes interested in group coaching to prepare for 5K, 10K, half-marathons, marathons, and triathlons in the Dayton & Cincinnati Ohio areas.

Cincinnati

Weekly Workouts

  • Tuesday @ 6:30 p.m.*
  • Thursdays @ 6:30 p.m.*

The  Tuesday and Thursday workouts are designed to offer a group atmosphere for completing your daily mileage scheduled for those days.

  • Saturdays @ 7:30 a.m.*

The Saturday workouts are focused on distance and strength. These will always be your longest workouts and will be coach led.

Dayton

Weekly Workouts

  • Mondays @ 6:30 p.m.**

Boot Camp workout will focus on core and upper body strength. 

  • Thursdays @ 6:30 p.m.**

The Thursday workouts are designed to offer a group atmosphere for completing your daily mileage scheduled for Thursdays.

  • Saturdays @ 7:00 a.m.**

The Saturday workouts are focused on distance and strength. These will always be your longest workouts and will be coach led.
