Miles That Matter FUNdamentals Bootcampwill be available in both Dayton and Cincinnati. Bootcamp provides a fun way to do some of the strength-training needed, with the support of a group. It’s not just about running and walking. Cross training reduces the risk of injury by developing and improving your core strength. Each Bootcamp session will be 10 week sessions (Dayton Bootcamp Session 1 – May 12, 2009 thru July 14, 2009) and (Cincinnati Bootcamp Session 1 – May 11, 2009 thru July 13, 2009).The Basics - DaytonThe Dayton Miles That Matter training group will meet on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 7:00 a.m. at the parking lot between the Dayton Marriott and the Dayton Daily News, across from the University of Dayton in Oakwood.Dayton Boot Camp will be held on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the parking lot between the Dayton Marriott and the Dayton Daily News, across from the University of Dayton in Oakwood. The Basic - CincinnatiThe Cincinnati Miles That Matter training group will meet on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 7:00 a.m. at Fleet Feet Sports Cincinnati in Blue Ash.Cincinnati Boot Camp will be held on Mondays at 6:30 p.m. at Pioneer Park in Montgomery. The park is located on Deerfield Road just north of Pfeiffer Road. ANOTHER FUN WAY TO GET IN YOUR CROSS TRAINING!!NEW THIS YEARFRIDAY NIGHT “HAPPY HOUR” WITH MILES THAT MATTERIN BOTH DAYTON & CINCINNATI It’s not what you think!
