Participants of all fitness levels, sizes and ages are gaining great results with Miles That Matter FUNdamentals Boot Camp! You can too! Are you looking for a jump-start to your fitness program? Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same routine, come try this whole new approach to exercise...fun!

Miles That Matter FUNdamentals Boot Camp is a 10 week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you elevate metabolism, reduce stress, reach your fitness goals, all while having a lot of fun. Whether you want to lose weight or gain strength this program is for you.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to join this boot camp. Each week we will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

Where is the location we will meet?

Dayton Boot Camp will be held on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the same location as the weekly training workouts listed above.
Cincinnati Boot Camp will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at Pioneer Park in Montgomery, located on Deerfield Road just north of Pfeiffer Road. You have the option of paticipating once or twice a week.

How often will we meet?

Participants will meet Monday and Wednesday in Cincinnati and Tuesday in Dayton for 60 to 90 minutes during the ten-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 6:30 PM. You will receive your "How Fit Are You?" assessment at the beginning of camp and be reassessed at the end of camp. This allows you to set realistic goals and see results.

Other options:

You can also choose to come join us on for Friday Night Happy Hour. Don't get too excited...it's not what you think! Meet on Friday nights for a great way to cross train. Every happy hour needs an excuse.Join us for a scenic and invigorating bike ride with some socializing after.
Note: Even greater results occur when you commit to joining us for some fun and productive cycling.

When does the next Miles That Matter FUNdamentals Boot Camp Start?

Session II begins the week of August 3, 2009

What do I need to bring?

You need to bring exercise mat, small hand weights (2 lbs.), water bottle, towel, running shoes, and a sense of fun.

What can I achieve from camp?

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?


Each ten-week boot camp has a registration fee of $75 for one class per week or $100 for the two class per week option in Cincinnati only. It averages out to just $7.50 per session. Most personal trainers charge $75 to $110 per hour for training services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by an experienced coach, for just a fraction of the cost. It's affordable and fun with guaranteed results.

  • Sixty to Ninety minutes for 10 sessions
  • Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday 6:30 PM

  • Spaces fill quickly for this unique experience!
  • Registration is just $75 or $100. That's only $7.50 per session for a 10 week camp (or $50 if you doing a package)
