have had the pleasure of working with Karen off an on for over five
years now. She continues to astonish me with her positive attitude
and commitment to the health and well-being of others.
She is a
great coach and a great inspiration. Karen trained with me as I prepared
for the 2007 Chicago Triathlon. My event was a great success because
Karen was with me every step of the way - even at the finish line!

At Times We Were Running in a Foot of Water — We Had So Much Fun!
“The
group of twenty was training for the Columbus Marathon. We met at Karen
Cosgrove’s
house.
I will never forget it because it rained. Not just
a sprinkle but almost a deluge, and at times we were running in a foot
of water.
It was wonderful! I had so much fun running with
the group,
that I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of.
I eagerly took
the information and agreed to raise the money that the group had set
as a fundraising goal.”
