to prepare for 5K, 10K, half-marathons, marathons, and triathlons in the Dayton
& Cincinnati Ohio areas.

Weekly Workouts
Tuesdays @ 6:30 p.m.*
Thursdays @ 6:30 p.m.*
The Tuesday and Thursday workouts are designed to offer a group atmosphere
for completing your daily mileage scheduled for those days.
Saturdays @ 7:00 a.m.*
The Saturday workouts are focused on distance and strength. These will always
be your longest workouts and will be coach led.

Dayton
